I have live here for the last year. The best thing about the place is the location. It is a half a block from campus. I can get up five minutes before class and still make it on time. I also don't have to worry about finding a parking place. Parking at UNR is very expensive and you have to park miles from most classes and take a shuttle that is always late. They keep the College Courtyard in very nice shape and if you have a problem they correct it immediately. I am very glad I moved here and intend to stay for a couple more years. The price for the location and nice place to live can't be beat.
