1/2 block from UNR - No parking problems

I have lived in the College Courtyard Apartments for the last year and a half. Two of my roomates moved out and went to Sterling and they say it was a big mistake. At the CC it is 1/2 block from the campus and it takes just 5 minutes to walk to class. At Sterling you wait wait wait for a shuttle that is too full or you drive and park far from class and have to pay parking fees. The parking here is free and covered and they keep the place very clean. My friends are moving out of Sterling and back to College Courtyard at the end of their lease.
