Cheaper than the dorms, cheaper than Sterling/Univ Highlands, and safer than U Highlands. Jose the service guy is not the old guy mentioned earlier and is very quick to repair things and does a good job. Sandy seems to have her act together as long as you're not a druggie/drug dealer. In general, the security is just the party patrol on the occasional Friday and Saturday nights and you will see them pull their car into the driveway during the week sometimes. Parking is a hastle, however. Aside from this, the apartments are your typical college undergrad housing; nothing spectacular, but definitely can be fun.
