Sandy has no idea what she is doing. She forgets all previous conversations, and she always changes her mind (or just plain forgets or doesn't know what she is talking about). She is only kind when she wants you to sign the lease. After that she is one of the rudest and dimwitted people I have had to deal with. The rooms were great, and College Terrace would be great as well if someone who had any respect for people worked in place for Sandy.
