I am shocked at the poor ratings for College Terrace Apartments. My daughter lived there for 4 years, my son for 2 and my other daughter will be moving in this summer. The manager has always been a pleasure to work with. My daughter and her roommates have never had any problems with the manager or the maintenance department, but then they are good students and know how to follow the rules. The manager sees to it that the rules are followed, which being a parent is very important to me. When my daughter put in a maintenance request for a broken dishwasher the maintenance man was there within 2 hours, it was not repairable and a new dishwasher was installed the following afternoon. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND College Terrace to any student looking for an apartment.
