Sandy is nice and fun when she is benefiting from an agreement. For example, I asked her if I could give her two checks for the rent. She was DAMN happy. However, when I asked her for maid service, she pretty much told me to get out of her office. I lived at CT for a year and had to put up with their: TERRIBLY slow internet [Sandy won't upgrade the wireless access points], TRASH everywhere, puke everywhere, God-awful laundry machines, the leak in my dishwasher, the holes in the stairwell walls, the parties on Monday nights, and the lack of respect that Sandy has for her tenants. As a business student, I wouldn't describe her as "an extortionist," or "racketeering." I would describe her as a terrible property "manager," if she even is a manager. So, if you want to live in a place covered in filth that you wouldn't want your grandma to see, by all means, go talk to Sandy today. If she isn't too busy playing Bejeweled, she'll assist you. However, if you care about where you live and want bang for your buck, you should probably just find a house. By the way, I'm pretty sure the guy I'm responding to is a stalker. He drives 18-wheelers for multiple companies? Sweet. I see he's doing WELL for himself. Loser.
