I loved living at College Terrace. I lived there three years and recently moved to Boston - where I found out what real apartments were like...paying twice as much for a place half as nice.
Students that live at College Terrace are spoiled. The apartments and rooms are large, the balconys offer beautiful views of downtown or NW Reno.
Overall, I felt very safe there with a gated entrance and safe place to park. Yes, there is noise and parties on occasion, but thats to be expected with hundreds of college students.
The building and especially the apartments are well-maintained for the most part. If you live there, you need to respect where you live and not junk it up. A lot of students come from the dorms so they think their not responsible for keeping their place nice, but you'll learn that quick.
I had a wonderful experience at College Terrace.
The building manager is a wonderful lady that has a building to run; a job to do. If you're a respectful and good neighboor, you won't have any hassel or problems with management. This is the same for wherever you might live. Its her job to keep the place desirable so she is not afraid to keep rid of the bad apples...which explains some of the other negative posts.
I would highly recommend this complex for all busy Nevada students.

You sound just like the land lady. This is just propaganda for this scam artist. I will just warn prospective renters about this -- you will soon find out that these fake reviews are indeed fake not a minute from renting your first day there. But I've warned you. Always remember what your rights are as a renter. And have a lawyer ready.
