Going on my second year here, and I haven't encountered any of the problems listed on this website. The location is awesome, right across the street from campus.

Too bad everything you said is false. Everyone of us who has lived in that complex (even I, a straight A student who never partied, always kept the place clean, never missed rent and was probably one of the best tenants anyone could have) knows that this woman is a crook. Nobody can stop her (probably you) from posting false advertising on this site, but you will never be able to post enough 'positive' reviews to make anyone think this place isn't the hell hole it really is.
