20 yr old complex that's had many facelifts. This complex is associated with the Hillview Terrace Apts. next door.

Both apt. complexes lie right under the flight-path of airlines taking off and landing at the nearby Reno Airport. So jet noise engulfs your residence 18 hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Additionally, the apt. managers are well-known for keeping the majority of your cleaning deposit when you leave, no matter how clean you leave it.

Honestly, I don't even hear the aircraft anymore. If they did bother me I definitly wouldn't live under it from 1997 - 2001. I mean 4 years is a long time to let something bother you bad enough that it warrants a negetive posting such as this. I am noticing a trend here. All the negetive postings / reviews are from people that do not live here anymore and from people that lived here for a number of years. What is that saying in itself? Haha!! Yes, I hate it so bad I am going to move there for years to come.
