My husband and I lived at the Comstock for four years. We were prepared for the airport noise (as anyone living near the airport should be.) However the loud tennants around us could be heard round the clock. Loud noise complaints had zero follow through and left us with little recourse when we finally moved out. The landscaping there is excellent but the apartments need to be upgraded with new paint (inside & out), new cabinets, closet doors, washer & dryers.

I guess the moving out of some people explains the Serenity that exists now.
