Don't judge a book by it's cover From: dsmith3536 Date posted: 7/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I currently live at the comstock apt. complex and I absolutley feel 100 percent comfortable here. It has a great family atmosphere. I never hear my neighbors, and the the apartment itself has charm and character. I have had a blast decorating my apartment. I have become used to the airplane noise, which isn't even that bad in the first place, and I really love it here. The landscaping is very charming in the sense that you have nice large trees around you, and not fake landscaping grass and little trees around. It is all very enjoyable for the price.
