This summer they're painting them a sharp looking beige and white. (They've completed 3 or 4 buildings in the middle last summer.)

Short and sweet. Best price in Reno for what you get in a good upstanding neighborhood. Full size washer and dryers, thick walls and ceilings, clean well-sized interior, lots of storage space, friendly neighbors, lots of parking, and the best office staff ever! Extremely friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. They have always been more than willing to help whenever they can, and are quick to respond. Karin is a delight. The only complaints I would have if I had to say something, are that the complex is fairly close to the airport landing paths, and the cell phone reception in places is shady because of the adjacent hill and maybe the landing path proximity' My friend lives here and his celly works fine, and I can't hear airplanes inside the apartment.

You need to take a urinalisis buddy. You sound like an employee. 3 or 4 buildings last summer (out of 79) gee wiz wow! The apartments around the corner painted the entire complex since last summer. The recent tagger painted more buildings in one night!! Your review is completly 180 degrees from what is really going on around here. My appliances are 30 years old, I can hear my neighbors talking through the thin walls, nowhere to put anything because there is no storage space, lot's of parking for junk cars with flat tires, and "best office staff" hahahahahahaha that ones great! Get a clue...
