Courtyard Centre

i moved into this place in march of last year with my then soon to be wife who had lived there since august of 2006. in the time that i lived there with her, we were jerked around by the management every time we asked to upgrade to a 1 bedroom apartment, even to the extent of using a BALD FACED LIE to get us to renew her lease for another year and we hadn't saved any money to move wo we were stuck there for another year, july of last year i went to take out my garbage and was confronted by a mental case who had gone off his meds and threatened to arrest me claiming he was israeli military police, this same loony punched a 3 year old child in the face and had the audacity to call the police on the child's mother when she confronted him about the incident. october of last year; while moving some of my things to an onsite storage unit i rented there my wife, parents and myself were confronted by a drunk who tried attacking my mom as my parents got ready to pull out of the underground garage, management did NOTHING on both occasions. december of last year it was brought to my attention that they were having a rash of break-ins in their underground storage units by maintainance and they suggested i had a dead-bolt installed. i requested one be installed on my storage unit. MANAGEMENT REFUSED TO LIFT A FINGER TO HAVE THIS DONE AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS BY MYSELF TO HAVE IT DONE UNTIL I RETURNED TO MY STORAGE UNIT IN EARLY FEBRUARY OF THIS YEAR TO RETRIEVE SOME THINGS TO TAKE TO MY APARTMENT TO FIND MY UNIT HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO AND A HOTWHEELS CAR COLLECTION MOST OF WHICH I HAD AS A BOY WERE STOLEN. THE ----- IN CHARGE OF THE PLACE CLAIMED NO RESPONSIBILTY FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS ON THE PROPERTY. AND THEN FINALLY HAD A DEADBOLT INSTALLED ON MY STORAGE. too little too late as the damage had already been done! the final straw with this dump of an apartment complex happenned when they were testing fire/smoke alarms. i was rudely awakened to pounding on my door, my wife answers only to be SHOVED aside while the maintainance tested out our alarms, rather than watch said maintainance do his job the land lady there stood looking around in our livingroom area as if she were casing the place to see what he had.on top of that we had jerks upstairs who fought, dropped things on the floor and pounded on the floor 24 hours a day and never a day passed that the police werent there. my wife and i moved out of that @#$%#hole excuse of an apartment complex in august of this year to a better complex east of the down town area. in my opinion a move for the better. i will be rating my current place of residence next.
