The reality is that this is a low income place , the rents are cheap.
Despite all the different variety of residents I never had a problem.
Alot of people I knew had lived here for a long time and were perfectly happy.
There is always going to be a few bad apples.
Is nice to have staff there all the time and they did fix a couple things in my apt quickly.
There maintenance guy Jose has been there for years! The whole staff was always nice to me , Labrada, Rhonda , Patrick, Steve and Julie.
And the security staff was cool.
Nice to know when I got home late at night that someone was watching out.
I worked nights.

Are you kidding me? Did you read all the reviews?. A few bad apples?. One of your neighbors on the first floor was beaten to death with a baseball bat. If security would have stopped him she would still be alive. This place is not safe and there is not always someone watching out! Maybe to steal your purse!!!
