Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2006
the management has changed 3 times in 9 years; never do they have a consistant philosophy on managing - changes the rules without notice; clientele has declined; crime is up in the complex in past 2 years with no remedy from newest managers; maintanence is poor - takes upward to 3 weeks to fix toilets. buildins need repaired - all in varies of repairs - said were going to paint but never have; took 8 months to repair parking areas - overall, would not recommend.
