Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I constantly had maintenance problems which took too long to be fixed. The maintenance crew has very little knowledge of how to do the repairs. The office staff changed numerous times while I was there. The water heater in apartment above me broke and flooded my dining room, then within weeks the apt behind me flooded as well. Both floods caused damage to carpet in hall, living room and dining room. When I moved out, the Complex charged me for the carpet replacement caused by others; even sent me to collections for repayment. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
