If you enjoy outdoor competitive screaming by young girls this is the place for you!

Nice layout, often quiet during the week, but it has gotten significantly noisier in the evenings and on the weekends. *Lots* of children! (If you like that that's fine, if not then definitely look elsewhere).

Management turnover is surprisingly high, lax/no enforcement of "rules, regulations
and agreements."

Various neighbors have had trouble with significant noise that management simply
would not deal with - high turnover rate in the affected apartment (3 sets of tenants in 9 months). Long-term residents (14 yrs) have moved out because of significant decline in quality of living here. Am myself expecting to leave this
fall at end of current lease (have only been here a year and a half).

Do like the area, do like the proximity to various stores, but the negatives are just getting too great.
