What to expect at Diamond Creek Apartments

Living at Diamond Creek Apartments is interesting to say the least.
Cars are burned, garbage is everywhere, kids run around with no supervision, cars are vandalized, parties go on every weekend, trash cans are set on fire, notices of rule changes are given every week, new management monthly, new staff monthly, lack of concern for tenants and their property, security is offered but all they do is sit in their car and watch the crime in action.
Management is a different story, with their lack of professionalism, concern for the property and tenets.
I guess as long as they leave at the end of the day its ok.
Sure South Reno itās a great community, just not at the address of 1205 South Meadows Pkwy.

haha...shooting yesterday. What an awesome place to live. THANK GOD I moved out in september '06. The security there is a joke, but I think they are more afraid of half the people that live there which is why they do nothing to stop the crime when they see it. Diamond Creek is a joke, and honestly, its sad that such a nice area is being given a bad name because of one apartment complex. Some serious changes need to take place. There is no reason why Diamond Creek should be the next Neil Road. The problem does just lie with the tenants at Diamond Creek but the joke of a staff. ESPECIALLY the book keeper who couldn't add numbers if her life depended on it. She cant document anything right, so make sure to ALWAYS save your receipts, because she will add late fees to your late fees and what not. If you're interested in living in a nice area, dont even bother looking at the model at Diamond Creek. Stay as far away from the place as you can. It's not worth the trouble. You might as well live in the projects in Golden Valley. South Meadows is turning into South Ghettos more and more everyday.

haha yes it is a joke and a very sad one. i am on a section 8 vocher and should be able to live free of being scared but that wont happen at diamod creek
