What community leader had the bright idea to allow low income families to live in the neighborhood. It's the financial status of the families that's the problem it s the kids and family members that are delinquents and felons that love there. South Meadows is slowly become a ghetto because of these indigents and it's going to get a lot worse very soon.

I agree--they should concentrate all low income housing in a few different areas throughout the community--but certainly not spread them around all over, ruining formerly nice areas such as South Meadows. It's just a fact--put low income housing in and the neighborhood is suddenly crime-ridden and much more dangerous...
