I am breaking my lease to get out of here. The management threatened to charge me with six months rent if I left. My leasing Agent quit after management did nothing to resolve a brutal beating that took place in the parking lot by mulitlple people. It was mayhem! Police didn't arrive for 25 minutes. Loud parties in the parking lot every night. Young children running around unattended ALL THE TIME. The managment has failed to keep a security company active and in use, the maintenance cannot keep up with the mass destruction of the property. The grounds are not only dirty but landscape is a mess! Playground is full of thugs. You can pay $100 more to live next door or across the street and have peace. WORST MISTAKE is thinking that you can make a difference, this community is culturally fixed into a ghetto attitude. Even the CABLE GUY brought back up to watch his truck when he installed my cable.
