I currently live here at diamond creek apartments and they look very nice, but let me tell you...DONT MOVE HERE PLEASE!..there are parties all hours of the night and children playing, and fighting all hours of the day when they should be at school, not to mention the thugs and drug dealer as well..One lady here said there is new management, yeah but they dont care either!..it's like you tell them something and nothing is done!..I wish I could break my lease, but I dont have the money.

PLEASE LISTEN TO ME! BAD CHOICE!

I was actually the one who wrote the response saying the apartments were getting better, but the last couple of months here has changed my mind. I recently had a "peeping tom" incident at my apartment in which the police were involved. The management of the apartments wanted an extra $600 just to move me to an upstairs unit. Seeing as this place is a "low income" community, you would think they would have charged me NOTHING due to the circumstances. Save yourself the time and money and move somewhere else. This place is a complete joke! Management cares about nothing but their own money. The residents are almost annoying to them. I know this personally because I have seen the hostility towards residents while just waiting to pay my rent. Also, if you ever have a problem with your apartment, do not expect management to do anything about it. My heater has been broken since the beginning of winter and my numerous attempts to get it fixed went un answered. Maybe I was just ignorant in believing that things would actually change because I only see things getting worse and worse every day. I'm almost afraid for my life everytime I walk out of my apartment and that is not how I should feel at a place I call "home".

I currently live in these apartments. While I do reflect some of the opinions in the previous responses, I do have to say that since the newest management has come along I have had my problems resolved quickly and have not been made to feel like they don't care like I have felt in the past. In fact I just called to let them know that the water from the rain was about to breech the lip of the porch and she very kindly informed me that sand bags were on the way. With the past management I seriously doubt that would have happened. There are some definate problems with crime here, but I have been here for almost 3 years and am willing to give this new management a chance to fix the problems that are occurring. When I first moved here it was wonderful but the last year and a half has been just awful. I am willing to give it a couple more months to see if things get better with the new management.
