This community was a wonderful place to raise a family. Over the years it has gone down hill on a slick track. It is mainly because of management, over the last 7 years it has had a 8 different managers and 3 management companies. All promise the same thing, we are here to fix this place up and take care of the residents. Let me remind you....8 different managers. The actual units are ok, they need repairs but don't wait on maintance to fix it. This could take up to 3 months before they get around to it, they work on their own schedule. Management is trying, but I can't say they are trying hard enough. They are best at playing the blame game, this person was susposed to do it, that person was susposed to do it, oh wait, I think I was susposed to do it. Either way, 3 months to get something fixed it a little much. I won't even get into the neighborhood children or garbage. What I am here to talk about is the community. Security, when I drive by the securty officer they are sleeping and that's all I have to say to that. I let the management company know and they said they would write a letter. Seems that being the company that hired the security company they could do a little more. Our new management company is only interested in who did it and when it happened so they could write a letter.

Sorry to hear about your problems, however,ZI can honestly say since moving here I have been pleased with the service I have received. The head of maintenace has been great with his professional attitude. I asked him to please fix my broken mailbox cover and it was done that day. My tile in my flooring needed to be replaced and it was done and looks great(and all clean up was done by the crew. Sometimes people do need reminders but for the most part I believe this new crew would like to take care of concerns. This tennant says,so far so good!!!
