I have been here the last two years at Diamond Creek Apartments.

I must admit it has gone downhill.

Who's to blame Not Me Lol.

Just a lil humor.

Seriously, managment has been change several times and in doing so repairs are somehow lost or were never put in as they say.

I lived in one building for 1 year and moved to another smaller unit.

When I moved to another Unit the management made me pay a whole new deposit.

They put my old deposit on a credit for me along with a pro rate for rent (moved early)total amount over 700.00 was held.

So, instead of giving it to me they told me to take the other management to court.

My hands were tied so I just used it to pay a lil rent from time to time.

Now the tenants.

Yeah the tenants are also in this too.

Ive had several parents that you can't even have an adult conversation with.

If their child has done something and you go tell them they want to argue.

Honestly, don't move here.

I'm moving in Dec.

Is it that bad to make me want to move' If you do mind a step up from the projects than there you go.

That's what this place is becoming.

I think changing management is becoming a real problem for these apartments.

Being low income doesn't always mean you have the ghetto surrounding you but in this case most of the people are really low class.

There is a solution.

It's called work together.

I am bailing after several attempts.

Sorry to hear of all the troubles you had.Sometimes rules of contracts are just that the guidelines that have to be followed and some people in management have their hands tied also. I've seen project neighborhoods and this is not even close.Sometimes through our disappointments we become jaded. I have lived here back in 2001 and now cuurently reside here. My rent is affordable and to my several repairs that needed to be made, I have always been treated in a professional manor and jobs done to my satisfaction. We can always be unhappy if we choose.(like owners not cleaning up after pets,What poor manners people have here.I think the people and their personal character are the problem at this place.
