When you get the tour of Diamond Creek you'll get shown a model home. They will tell you all about the kids play area and be nice and friendly about all Diamond Creek has to offer. The sad truth is they have gone through 3 managers in the last year, and it seems they could care less about you or your problems with your Apt. They have so many rules as far as what you can have on your patio, what you can drive and what time your kids have to be inside you would think you were living in a prison. All this isn't worth the $1000.00 you pay for rent. You can rent a house for that.
