There was a change in management and they started to paint the outside as if to cover up the bad and to make people think that they are really remodeling but the inside of the apartments are still the same old and ------ condition they have always been. Not only are they painting the outside with four different colors to separate the property in half, but now it looks like cheap section 8 housing units for hookers and pimps with their red doors.
