I agree with some of the other comments--lack of insulation, parking, pool. But, you will find those kind of things at many apartments. I have been here for 4 years, and at least 2 office people have been here all 4 years. Like anywhere, you have to talk to the right people.
Yes, it is in the flight path, but you get used to that as well.
The apartment complex is well maintained--looks great outside. Maintanence has always responded to our needs within 24 hours.
As with anyplace, there are advantages and disadvantages. We shopped around several times when our lease was up, but after seeing other apartments in the area--we decided to stay with The Enclave.
