I agree with many things mentioned by the first reviewer. Flight path noise, but lower after 9/11. White trash drunks and smokers dominate the pool and hot tub. Parents send underage kids to pool for other residents to worry about. One teenage couple had sex in pool in the middle of the day last summer while the child they were babysitting went paddling around unsupervised. In the summer, parking lot becomes hot rod race course. No recycling, which would be helpful at mail boxes due to huge amount of junk mail. Good location otherwise, close to South Meadows and the freeway. Service response was good, lots of maintenance people around, except that with the new management I do not see the cigarette butt picker-upper around anymore (everybody in Nevada smokes, and they use the complex as their ashtray). I live in the newer section, so do not have similar construction complaints as the first reviewer. The second pool promised by the first owners never was built, whole complex now has only one pool to use, unusable for lap swimming.
