Pretty Happy So Far

We moved to The Enclave mostly for the dog run area, which does have a lot of poop sometimes. They are trying to encourage tennants to clean up after their dogs more (fliers warning of a $100 fine if you're caught not cleaning up after your pet), and from what I've heard from other tennants they're pretty responsive to having maintenance clean it up if you complain.
The run could probably use one more light to help find poop in the dark. I'll be making the suggestion shortly and hopefully they'll be responsive.
I think some tennants consider the dog run just a toilet, and something for just one dog at a time. There are a few that recognize the health and social benefits of actually letting two dogs play together in there though.
The bug problem doesn't seem to bad, and it's better than our previous appartment. Found maybe 1 or 2 ants a day during August, now it's maybe 1 or 2 spiders a week.
I don't notice the planes flying over much unless I'm outside, but maybe being in a 1st floor appartment insulates us from the sound some.
With three floors, there are a lot of tennants in a small area which means some people will have a bit of a walk to their assigned space (100 ft'). I assume since we have a ground floor, they make us walk more and give the closer spots to those that have to do stairs to the 3rd floor. I'll admit being tempted to use some of the closer "visitor" parking, but I don't.
Storage is a bit less than our previous appartment. The patio storage closet has to share space with the water heater, which I could see being a fire hazard if a tennant isn't mindful of what gets thrown in there. I'd like to get a washer and dryer to use with the hookups, but right now we need that space for storage too. They have extra storage units and garages, for $15 and $85 per month. That's just too much for my budget.
Trash, water and sewer aren't included in the rent, so consider this an extra cost when looking at the financials. I figgured all three to total about $40 a month and that's been pretty close so far.
