I was fairly happy living here until we had the huge snow storm just after Christmas in 2004. The management will take no responsibility for their wrong doing and is in no hurry to fix the problem either. Almost every carport in the complex collapsed, and it took them two months to even clear the debis away. It is now mid-April, and they still have not even attempted to put up new carports. Yet, you can rent a garage at a "discount" for $85 a month. They still have no idea when the new carports are to be up, yet they have told residents several times that they were to be finished in March. This is unacceptable and I would recommend against moving in here for that sheer fact. They go through employees left and right, and none of the tenants in my building is original from the time I moved in here. And, I have not even lived here a full year. I will not be renewing my release. The staff is uncaring and very unfriendly, do not move here! Parking is a nightmare and you may just have to park in a fire lane. Very scary!
