good for shortterm housing

We got what we needed: 3 bedroom, 1200 sq ft, ground floor apt, near parking, short term lease while we awaited the construction of our house. Other places were nicer, newer, but smaller and on 2nd floor. Space was our big issue and being in a gated apt. It's not luxury, but what do you expect out of apartment living' Moving from a nice house in Arrowcreek to any apartment is a shock, but this place is liveable. Yes, the place needs new carpet, the bathtub doesn't drain well, and the noise is a problem - but it is an apartment not a house. We love the airplanes over head, our toddler loves seeing the planes land, I see the viewing of the planes as a bonus to entertain my active toddler - it's been great for him. He even learned the word plane! That was priceless.
He also likes the toddler lot. Location is good as it is convient and a short drive to everything. It's also pet friendly with responsible owners, so the lawns aren't full of poop.
