Gated community that is left open for weeks at a time. Apartments are very cheaply constructed. Wind and rain blow through all the windows which allows mold to grow. Garbage disposal makes loud noises and has since I moved in a year and half ago. I have asked management to repair garbage disposal and they say as long as it works, leave it. We pay $1140 per month for 3 bedrooms and we are charged for water/sewer and garbage. Mgmt has a leash law and a clean up after your dog policy as well, however this does not apply to you if you work here. I have complained about employee of Enclave allowing their dog to run free and unleashed to no avail. Since complaining about this mgmt has singled me out and harrassed me to the point that I am breaking my lease which is costing me close to $2000. It's worth every cent to get out of here!
