If you looking for a decent place to live I would recommend the Enclave Apartments.
Overall it's a good place to live in the Reno area, but you will need to get use to being in the flight pattern for the Reno/Tahoe airport (whenever the planes are taking off/landing from the south).
Office staff are friendly and helpful !

The only real negative things I would point out is that the complex allows large pets in second and third floor apartments. If you live below somebody who has a large pet it isn't very pleasant. Which tells me that here seems to be minimal insulation (if any) between the ceiling of the lower apartment/floor of the upper apartment. I didn't have a problem with the apartments on either side of me. The complex is also not satellite dish friendly (check that you have a clear path before you move in. They won't trim trees, etc. to clear a path for you).
