Apartment has been falling apart slowly since I moved in here. Paint is peeling, toilet seal is broken causing leak in bathroom. Apartments were decent when we lived here four or five years ago, not so much now. When my lease ran out and we were getting ready to move the apartments informed me for the first time that I had to give 30 days notice even though my lease ran out. My wife had already spoken with the manager to let them know that we were moving; however, the manager did not inform us of the requirement for us to notify the complex in writing. Management is attempting to charge us for the 30 days from the date we finally were informed and gave notice. Staff would not let me explain my position and constantly talked over me. Do not rent an apartment here, ever.

they pulled the same 30 day thing on me. They must get a year end bonus. And the collection notice come 3 weeks after the bill. terrible
