First, as other reviewers have stated, the staff isn't very friendly and they couldn't care less once you're in and they have your money.

The real screw job came when we moved out. Even though we had stated on our Move In Inspection Form that the carpet was horribly stained and that there were two holes in the carpet, they kept our deposit citing that the carpet needed to be replaced. We only lived there for 4 months, didn't even put pictures up and they want to soak us for a new carpet?? What a scam...
