After reading all the reviews...I definitely agree with most of the things said. The manager was wonderful in 2004 dealing with us out of state. (She has since left..but who took her spot was really nice too.) Most of the office staff was helpful except for one. The sidewalk up to our apartment door had a parking spot in front of it. I had surgery on my leg and could not squeeze by the car to get to the sidewalk. (If you havent seen the grounds...its all rocks around the sidewalk...big ones). My husband and I complained and nothing was ever done about it. (The nice manager was on maternity leave.)

The apartments were nice, but small. Parking was HORRIBLE with two cars. My husband could never find a spot because so many people parked in visitor and did not use the assigned carport spot. The gates were never working...which stinks because they wont give you a break on your rent when they are broken for month at a time. The pool area was always kept up.

When I moved out...we moved our stuff cross country and came back for one car...while we were gone our apartment flooded....office staff was extremely understanding..knowing we didnt cause the problem. Very fair with our exit walk through. (No deposit--washoe county teacher). Maintenance was always helpful and very quick to fix problems.

Overall, I recommend the Enclave. Its convenient (especially if you drive into Carson City) and like someone else said....you just need to talk to the right people in the leasing office.
