I paid my rent on time every month, my lease expired, I gave my thirty day notice and there trying to stiff me for thirty days rent. Not to mention there was a stabbing in the building across from mine. nice blood stain on the wall for days. Teens running amuck. Gates are left open for weeks at a time. 1000.00 down the drain. I do not recommend this to anyone. The enclave is terrible. BBB complaint filed. Consumer affairs complaint filed! The staff lie horribly, and they use collection service of nevada. And i thought the Mofia was dead'

They tried the same thing with me. I let them take me to collections and then stiffed Nevada collections. I got the key derogatory removed from my credit report by disputing with Nevada collections. The great thing is they never responded so this was taken off my credit report. But be carefull if you make it clear to them you will be fighting they will send it directly to collections. TERRIBLE COMPANY
