I contacted this apartment community today to simply find out information. The phone was answered with less than a friendly voice, and when I told the woman on the other end about my pet situation, she curtly informed me of the policy and told me that "That's ALWAYS been the policy". Tell me. If I'm calling for information, how would I know what has ALWAYS been the policy' And, after doing a little research, it seems that the policy changes according to who you talk to. It's not my first day... I have two dogs. I understand what a potential liablity this is for whomever might be renting to me. The only reason I called is because of the amount of postings on craigslist that say "We accept Dogs!!". Yes, that's plural! I wouldn't have even waisted the time calling or writing this if the postings had the pet policy listed. For such a beautiful community, I would have expect a little nicer response. I guess you can't judge a book by it's cover.

Unfortunaltely that is the "Enclave" be glad you didn't rent there, imagine there attitude when your in there and they have your money. Sickening.

I totally agree the management if horrible.
