I have now lived at this complex for a year in two different apts. Overall I like the complex. I had no problem getting my deposit back when I changed apts. I do not hear loud noises in either apt. I have had a decent time with the staff no big problems. Maitenance is helpful but I do agree they do not do the best job. I have had them come to the apt. a couple times to fix the same thing. Overall I would recommend this complex for a family or single person. I had a bad experience with a roomate and the complex was not at all helpful. Both of our names were on the lease therefore my roomate could be totally irresponsible and I would get stuck with the bill also. The deposit check comes assigned to ALL renters names so you ALL must be present to cash it. Just a lesson I learned never to repeat. So my only complaint was the fact that I kept hitting a wall with the staff when I was trying to do the best I could with a difficult roomate. Parking is difficult when you have someone visit in most areas of the complex.
