The Enclave was a pleasure to live in and I would recommend it to anyone who moves to Reno. We had a two bedroom and a lovely walk in closet, door going to patio with a nice garden view, vaulted ceiling and mountain view. I really miss living there. We moved to the Enclave because of the property. The landscape was green, good location, gated community, 24 hour fitness center and spa all year around and good professional staff.

I think the grounds keeper does an excellent job at the Enclave. But, as for the rent, it's very high. Plus, on top of the rent you have to pay water, sewer, heat, garbage....everything! Most complex's do not make you pay all the utilities when you're already paying such high rent. With the economy going down and rents going down, this property will find themselves struggling if they don't lower the rent or eliminate some utilities from the pockets of the tenants.
