These are nice apartments, thanks to the grounds keeper. Very expensive though after you tag on rent, water, sewer, garbage, heat, etc etc. Never had a property make me pay all the utilities before on top of such high rent. Didn't have much choice when I moved here, had to get moved fast because the house I lived in sold.

My thoughts exactly. And they keep getting getting more and more expensive. The trash keeps going up and face it, it's only me in my apartment, I barely have any garbage! Very unfortunate. And water? Why are we all paying for each others water usage? We should all be on meters.

I have a friend that moved from the Enclave a few months ago. He was tired of the rising costs there. He now lives in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 780 a month. The 780 rent includes water, sewer, and garbage so all he pays is 780 plus heat. Amazing! He also has a washer and dryer in the unit that he DOES NOT have to rent. Not to mention his apartment puts the Enclave to shame.

I agree it was expensive. I lived there for 2 years and was fortunate enough to buy my own house. I have to say the grounds men does a great job, and the office staff is very friendly with the exception of the manager. One day she's great and the next time she's short and unprofessional. I never had personal issues, always paid my rent on time and never complained about anything. I do agree it's an expensive place to live. Even when the economy falls, rent at the Enclave doesn't seem to budge. The utilities were expensive too.
