we lived here for not even a year. we paid over 2000 to get out of our lease. the management was terrible. we always paid rent on time and tried to mind our own business. but could never get them to fix anything, loud neighbors, annoying kids left in the pool unattended (we have two kids so we are use to "kid noise" but this was completely uncalled for) they have a leash law but good luck getting even the maintenence people to follow the rules! the manager is bipolar i swear. she is nice one minute and very unprofessional the next. we moved in because it looked like a nice, quiet place to live.. soon found out we were very wrong!! do not even think of moving in.. it looks very nice at first but once your in its hell!!!

This complex is nice, but it's not nicer than other complexes that are 100-200 dollars cheaper per month. Most places give you a months free rent for signing a new contract, Enclave doesn't. Instead they give you a hundred or so off unless you lock into a year or 18 month lease. That's crap, they need to take better care of their tenants that have already put in time. Unfortunate for the down economy, but good for me to be able to buy my own place. What's weird is that I pay less money to own my own house, plus utilities, than I did living at the Enclave paying rent and utilities. Swallow that.
