Since the beginning we've had trouble with this complex. Before the management change, they wanted $700.00 more than what the paperwork said for a deposit. It seemed really fishy so we just didn't pay it and they never said anything.

Then all the management changed (wouldn't surprise me if it was some kind of embezzlement scam) Since the new management, nothing ever gets done. I can't count how many times I've lost money in the washing machines/dryers and I'm not the only one. There are constantly signs people put up directed towards the managements lack of maintenance.

During one winter, our roof started leaking and ruined a bunch of stuff in a closet. It took almost two weeks for them to fix the leak aside from giving us buckets!!

Last summer our air conditioner (and a bunch in the complex) failed during the hottest part of the season for about 3 weeks!

Right now our heater is broken for the 3rd week and I'm pretty sure they forgot about us. Even though they reassured us they'd fix it TWO WEEKS AGO! It has snowed multiple times in this period!!

The maintenance crew is friendly, but the management simply seem annoyed when you call and something is wrong, especially on the weekends.

There is so much more I could complain about (like the water stains on our roof, lack of insulation in our apartment, etc) but I hope most people reading this will get the point. Stay far away from this apartment complex. The prices are not too much lower than a reputable complex.

I've had a similar bad experience with this place. People just let their dogs run around without leashes, excreting everywhere. There are always unattended kids playing soccer right in the parking lot hitting cars. Our car was broken into and a whole row of cars on our street had their windows broken out. The management really is ridiculous, and they are NOT in the office during normal business hours. I agree with previous poster, the laundry situation is terrible because there are so few machines for the entire complex. Look elsewhere is my advise.
