You need to put a parking sticker on your car and can only park ONE car in the parking lot, even though there's about a hundred available spaces. Parking outside the lot is very risky because my friends had their stereo stolen 2 times since I've lived here, and their wheels stolen once. The old heaters don't work anymore after using a vaccume to clean the house. No air conditioning at all and summers can be really hot inside. No pools, gyms, tennis or basketball courts. Roaches were present the for first couple months of moving in. Lawnmowers are very loud in the morning. The neighborhood is full of thieves and gang members. The only good thing is that it's cheap to live here. I'm guessing it's because you get nothing else with the apartment.
