You have a manager that actually hounds you day and night. You can't have loud music, you can't have a loud car, you can't vaccumm after 8 pm, you never have hot water, only luke warm (if your lucky), it's cockroach infested, no cooling, no heating (and that too breaks constantly), electrical wiring is not up to code, the windows don't close all the way, washer and dryers do not work all of the time, if you have kids, they can't make noise. She accuses you of doing things when you haven't. NOT THE PLACE TO RENT. Why pay money to live there when you can't do what you want. Why pay money to live there when half of the stuff doesn't work. This is definitely a SLUM LORD PLACE. DO NOT RENT. Get this, if you need something fixed, you have to wait until days down the line and half of the time it's not fixed right.
