Pros:
Reasonably priced
If you live downstairs, you have a front yard!
Mngmnt is very relaxed about planting stuff, screen doors, lattice work, decorating...
Dogs allowed
Walking trails
attentive staff (for the most part)
Washer and Dryer!

Cons:
Bathrooms are the size of a small closet
While we're on the subject of closets, HEllo''' They could've added a few more!
Ok, the flight path thing does suck but you get used to it.


I think the units are a little on the small side but have gotten used to that as well. I came from a much larger apartment.

The buildings face eachother. It gives things a nice cozy feel. I don't feel like I live in a huge sprawling complex. I know my neighbors. I can plant flowers and vegetables. People around here for the most part clean up after their dogs.

There are plenty of young children here for my son to play with.

All in all, I love it.
