I have lived at these apartments for a couple of years. The worst thing about this place is the managments lack of managing. For some it is nice to have super friendly staff that let you plant flowers and have a dog that is a little too big for an apartment. For others the lax staff means you can sublet out your apartment, leave abondoned vehicles in the parking lot for months, not clean up after your pets, and just plain be a pest to your neighbors. From reading reviews on this website, most of the more expensive apartments around town have some of the same problems so I just try to grin and bear it here. I have noticed that the application process here is pretty lax too, so there is a mix of really decent people and total "White Trash" at these apartments. Before signing a lease I would strongly recommend checking the Reno Sex Offender website, due to the fact that there are a couple of Tier 2 offenders living here (according to the website). The airport noise is bearable and easy to get used to. If you can avoid renting an apartment in this town then that is the best way to go. As for recommending this complex, it is the best for the money in my opinion.

March 2008: I figured it was time to update this review. Since November the amount of abandoned cars around my apartment has doubled. The lawns are covered in dog cr*p. About half the staff at the office at least acts like they care, and the other half makes it obvious they do not. The opinion among my neighbors and I is that the office as a whole will not do anything to solve any problems around here, but they do love getting rent checks. My friends and family have pointed out that since I first moved in the property has noticably gone downhill over the last year or so. The feeling of a safe community has been degraded by graffiti, vandalism, and an influx of questionable characters (and their friends) living here. I would not be surprised to find out that illegal drugs are taking a hold of this community. With all this said I obviously lowered my marks for this complex and now do not recommend it to anybody. Hopefully the owners will wakeup and start doing something about this mess!
