The fitness facility is awesome, but make sure that you'll use it if you move in. For the prices of the apartment it's a great deal if you use the facilities. If you don't it's just like any other place. The security is 24-hour, however I didn't find them very friendly at all. In fact they kind of scared me--I didn't want to see them after dark for certain. The landscaping and grounds are definintely pretty. The applicances could stand to be newer, especially the washer/dryer-- but just having them in apt is a plus. The landlords do stick to the rules are pretty formal about things. I left the apartment early based on a broken relationship but the landlords were very helpful and understanding to me removing my name from the lease. On the bottom floor you could hear lots of activity above you, in fact most mornings I woke up due to the alarm clock from my upstairs neighbors! Overall, I might think about moving back there if I took up exercising. :) --The indoor pool was one of the biggest pluses for me.
