Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
they took my "deposit" when I never moved in. I called back in 5 days after I came there to get my deposit back and they said no. I took them to small claims court and the judge awarded me 6,000. My deposit was only 2,500. No one in nevada can make a deposit non refundable.
