Customer service needs some brushing up..

I found the rental office to be ignorant and rude. Simple as that. I was almost sold to rent here but the manager made an ignorant comment which was uncalled for and we were nothing but respectful. The rental office seriously needs to brush up on their customer service skills. Reno is a small town after all and word travels fast.
