The manager is rude and should not be dealing with people. She makes it very clear that she does not want to hear from you after she has your rent. Nothing is replaced; broken items get a piece of tape.
Residents really get the short shift as the outdoor pool is open for 3 months for summer vacation.

Couldn't agree more. The manager refused to fix a stain from a leaky roof; she said the yellow color plus the smell could not be mold...I moved because she was too rude for the cost.
